Introducing Radiance tea

Our much loved Cleanse tea has recently changed name to Radiance. In recent years, unfortunately the term ‘cleansing’ has become equated with weight loss and crash dieting - something we have never advocated at Pukka. Our mission is to connect people to the beauty and power of nature, and a cup of our organic herbal tea is a safe, delicious, and easy way to do this.

At Pukka, we support a sensible and proportionate approach to health. This includes any person’s choice to ‘cleanse’ or ‘detox’ their bodies. The British Dietetic Association is quoted as saying, “the body has numerous organs such as the skin, gut, liver and kidney, that continually detoxify the body from head to toe”. This is a position that sits at the heart of traditional medicine approaches, where the aim is to support normal bodily processes, allowing them to function as effectively as possible. They may be achieved through diet and lifestyle, gently and in moderation. We have therefore changed the name of Cleanse to better represent this tea’s purpose of supporting your inner radiance and helping you glow from the inside out.

But don’t panic, the blend will remain the same with fennel, aloe vera, peppermint, dandelion and nettle so Radiance will offer exactly the same delicious taste experience as Cleanse. Nettle's purifying properties work to balance you from the inside out, promoting a bright complexion, whist peppermint leaves and aloe vera work synergistically to cool and soothe the skin. Dandelion is added to support your normal functions, helping the body to maintain its essential nutrients, whilst fennel is brimming with essential oils that support your body’s natural digestive process.
